Information you choose to provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, IELTS route, message and permission to respond. Use it for an IELTS guidance or registration enquiry. Please do not send passport copies, payment card details or sensitive documents through this form.

What happens when you submit

The form sends your details to FormSubmit to process email delivery to VisaRequest. VisaRequest uses the information to respond to your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not register you for a test or make a payment. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Its processing is covered by FormSubmit’s privacy policy.

Technical information and other websites

The hosting and delivery services process technical request information needed to serve the website and handle submissions. This website does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts, and does not save enquiry details in browser storage. Links to British Council and other providers open websites with their own privacy policies.
